Assemble guideline
Remove the Philip’s head screw between the front panel and baseboard and take away the baseboard. Install the baseboard at the entry side with the equipped plastic stopper and screw. Please pay attention to the directions.
How to connect wire:
Connect wire with reference to wiring connection mark on circuit board(as follows).
Caution! When connecting the lock to power, you should connect the Pin3 to the power.(Before connect it to power,please check the voltage（DC12V） and polarity of power supply.
REMARK:
Alarming switch is at lower right of the circuit board. If turn it off, no voice can be heard. But if the buzzer is turned on, short continuous warning will be heard.
Operation guidelines
Initialization of door access controller
1. After power off, connect Pin 2 of J16 to Pin 3 of J16
2. When powered on, the buzzer makes continuous warning and power light(red), OK light (green) and Mode light (orange) all flash.
3. Cut off power supply and then connect it. At this time, power light(red), OK light (green) and Mode light (orange) all flash and wait for J16 switch exchange.
4. Disconnect pin 2 and pin 3 of J6 and connect pin 1 and pin 2.
5. Access controller initialization is completed.When the tingle of the buzzer is heard, the controller is ready to use.
REMARK: Initialization operation only modifies system password to default password of 12345, other data not change.
Method of relay ouput:
Connect Pin 1 and Pin 2 of J1 with Pin 3 and Pin 4 on
Connect Pin 1 and Pin 2 of J1 with Pin 3 and Pin 4 off
Program Methods of door access
“#”function key for programing entry
Press “#”key, power light(red), OK light (green) and Mode light (orange) all flash
Input 5- digit number as system password and buzzer rings one time with power light(red) , Mode light (orange) on and are OK light (green) off, which indicates access controller goes into programing mode.
”0”
Press”0” key, Mode light (orange) is on and OK light (green) power light(red) are off.
Input 4 -digit user number. If OK light (green) is on , then the number is valid.
Afte user card is read, buzzer will be heard one time.Then input 6- digit password and buzzer will make long voice one time. OK light (green) flashes once and then goes out with Mode light (orange) and power light(red) on, which indicates users have successfully logged on.
Note: Card & password refers to that users need to read card or input right password when open the door.
“1” key: to modify system password
Push”1”, mode light (orange ) is on and power light(red) and OK light (green) are off.
Input 5- digit password(such as 23456), after input is completed, buzzer will make a short voice with OK light (green) off after flashing once and power light(red) and Mode light (orange) on. Then modification of password is successfully finished.
Caution: please keep user password well. It is required when you reenter ystem program mode.If for some reasons you have forgotton, please execute initialization process.
“2”key: to add new users(card or password)
Press”2”key, Mode light (orange ) is on and power light( red )and OK light(green) are off.
Input 4- digit user No.. If OK light(green) light is on, then inputting no. is valid.
Read user card or input 6-digit user password. If a long buzzer can be heard with Ok light(green) off after flashing once, Mode light (orange) and Power light(red) on, it turns out you have successfully logged on.
Note: Card & password refers to that users need to read card or input right password when open the door
“3”key: to delete single user
Press“3”key: Mode light(orange) and power light(red) are on but Ok light (green) off.
Show the card or input 4-digit user No. both of which need to be deleted. After a long buzzer, OK light (green) flashes once and then goes out and Mode light (orange) and Power light(red) are on, users have successfully completed deletion.
“4”key: to delete all users
Press”4”,a long buzzer is made, Ok light(green) flashing once and then going out, mode light(orange) and Power light (red) on, which means user card has been successfully deleted.
“5”key: to modify door -open time
push”5”, Mode light(orange) is on, Power light (red) and OK light(green) are off.
Input 2 –digit number for door access. If a long buzzer is made and green light goes out after flashes once, Mode light(orange) and Power light(red) on then the set up of door open time is finished.
“8”key:to modify user password
Press “8”key. Mode light (orange) is on and Power light(red) and Ok light (green) are off.
Input 6 -digit original password, then a long buzzer will be heard and Ok light (green) goes out after flashes once. Input password again, a long buzzer will be heard and OK light (green) goes out after flashes once.It shows the modification of user password has been done successfully.
“6”key, to exit program mode
Buzzer makes a long voice, OK light (green) goes off after flashes once, Power light (red) is on and mode light (orange) is off), which shows access controller has exited system programing mode and gone into normal work mode.
Description: during system program process,if buzzer makes short voice thress times, it indicates user No. has been used to log on; if buzeer makes long voice 4 times intermittently, it indicates memory section is full and can not be logged again. If buzzer makes short voice 3 times continously, it indicates the card or password has been used and can not be logged again; if the buzzer makes short voice two times and long voice one time, it indicates there is something wrong with system memory section. If any inputting or operation mistakes are made, access controller will alarm and make long voice 3 times and then back to normal use status.
how to use controller
Once access controller program is completed and goes into normal work status, power light(red) will be on and Mode light (orange) and OK light(green) will be off. Refer to below for guideline
Put user card near to access controller or continuously input 6 digit user password, buzzer makes a long voice,with green light on, red and power light off. Then the door will open; within the set-up time of open door, the indication light keep the same.
If buzzer makes 3 short voices, red light continuously flash 3 times, showing card or password is illegal and door can’t be opened.
For user who selects card & password type( to set up when logging on), if asked reenter the corresponding password after input card or password(valid with long buzzer once, ok light flashing and password inputting promtion; invalid with exiting and reentering indication), it is valid and after a long buzzer the door will be open; it is invalid if there is exiting and reentering indication.
Note:the access controller support door open with card, door open with password and inputing password after card reading at the same time.
Under the status of door open and inputing user password, card can not be read;
